Ralph Rizzuto

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer/CEO

Ralph Rizzuto was appointed CEO of the Company in June 2020 and has demonstrated capability to provide vision and strategy, to build and lead diverse teams, and to achieve extraordinary results. Draws on his knowledge, experience and insight to identify technology solutions, lead program and project implementations, and develop and maintain strategic alliances and business partnerships. Positions he has held include systems engineer, IT manager, marketing executive, project/program manager, business information manager, business development manager and business owner. His major accomplishments include IBM’s Systems Integration start up in Europe, IBM Japan’s Software distribution start up, and the formation of an IT custom solutions business.

Ralph was part of the IBM Systems Integration Europe start-up team. The overall business result was $1B revenue within the first two years, validating a successful startup program. His work involved leading technical reviews and approving country SI bids, staffing for the $150M airline consortium integration project, which included building a data center in Germany, a development group in France and linking multiple airline and reservation systems, and identifying marketing opportunities for SI replication, which included the Automated Fingerprint Identification System, potential of 30 installations for over $60M in revenue.Academic Background: Master of Science, City University of NY, School of Engineering, Computer Science Bachelor of Science, City College of NY (CCNY) School of Liberal Arts, Mathematics.

Jayla Dube

Co-founder and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Jayla Dube, his one of the founding members of Inteltel, has over 10 years experience in the investment banking industry. His management and operational experience includes rigorous operational discipline focusing on the management and direct investments to create the Inteltel brand globally.

Dube has financial and operational roles of increasing responsibility in such areas as investor relations, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He has deep experience, having worked at Swiss Bank Corporation in Basel Switzerland in 1994; two years later he was placed in the division of UBS private banking global wealth management in Zurich Switzerland.

Academic Background: He holds a Master degree in finance and information management from The Technical University of Munich/Germany

Christina M. Chavis

Vice President, Global Network Operation & Technology Officer

Christina M. Chavis is the Vice President, Global Network Operation &Technology Officer for Inteltel. She leads the company’s strategy, product and technology innovation and oversees the company’s platforms, solutions and services. She lead the engineering and operations of next generation network infrastructure, data center solutions, digital transformation for Inteltel global businesses in the areas of Cyber defense activities, IT Operations, Site Management, and Energy Management, Security and efficiency of the technology in the core and Access networks with a focus on 5G, Cable, and Fiber networks.

She’s a Network Engineer with proven experience designing, implementing and supporting large Data Center networks. Christina Chavis has served as Sr. network engineer for Geico, Inc. Comp, and LLC at NY Office of the chief Medical Examiner, HCL America, Inc., Kaiser Permanente MD, Elite Technologies, INC MD Unicom Global Inc., VERITAS Technologies Llc, Evolver Inc. DOJ, Antitrust Division and Capital One BANK, HBC, Inc. NY providing infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting in a mixed environment including Cisco devices, Riverbed appliances and Fortinet firewalls. Supported and managed Solarwinds applications and utilize Cisco Prime for monitoring, configuration management and reporting.

Luis Miguel Herrera

Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Luis Miguel Herrera was appointed Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Inteltel. He is responsible for coordinating communications infrastructure, network systems, skill and process of IT, connectivity and product innovation and customer experience, improving productivity and efficiency.

Prior to his work with Inteltel, he held position at Amazon & Teksystems where he led efforts to revolutionize Alexa customers through methods of data creation, curation, and analytics to help develop, test, and train the Alexa AI. He held a position at Fire Department of New York has Computer Specialist Software and tools for large-scale communications networks. He also worked has IT Support Specialist for NYC Department of Education supporting major on-going project for the OSFNS (Office of School Food & Nutritional Services, efficient and systematic way of accounting

Stefan Touma

Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer

Steve Touma was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources Officer for Inteltel. Prior to his work with Inteltel, he held position at Alicante Crossbow Trading Paris France where he spent over five years actively providing low-cost access to a variety of asset classes, industry sectors, and international markets, with the experience in fixed income, bond swaps, repos, government bonds.

Steve Touma brings 20 years of human resources experience and connecting international companies in the high-technology for example given the Inteltel global access and scale to international operations and wholesale marketplaces for high-growth and rapidly changing organizations.

Sara Gusik

Vice President, Business Development Officer

As Vice President of Business Development Officer Sara Gusik is responsible for advising how to most effectively managing existing business relationships, portfolio of consultants, institutional clients and other distribution channels, analyzing, and evaluating the entirety for Inteltel resources and contribute to ongoing relationship meetings and due diligence sessions, work alongside investor relations team to develop, refine business development strategy alongside broader organization to ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged to service clients long-term profitability, grow and success.

Prior to his work with Inteltel, Sara held position has Associate Director, Senior Technology Licensing Officer, Columbia Technology Ventures, and Columbia University. Business development professional with 26 years of experience overseeing all aspects of technology licensing and intellectual property management Find new technologies, assess their value, make recommendations on commercialization potential, decide whether to seek patent protection, devise marketing and licensing strategies. Raise financing for the technologies and for startup companies.

she holds a BA Biology & MS Biochemistry from New York University.

Ayan Ahmed

Vice President, Chief Marketing and Strategic Officer

Ayan Ahmed has been Inteltel Vice President, Chief Marketing and Strategic Officer since 2020. In this role, she leads team and account management, products awareness in several sales divisions, including regional sales, development of strategic promotional plans to attract existing and new clients and modify marketing based on availability of resources and opportunities to maximize ROI on existing marketing programs. Before joining Inteltel, Ayan was sales and customer manager at Harmonic Computing Corporation owned by Ralph Rizzuto.
